All sales in this store are final. Due to the nature of signed and personalized merchandise, as well as digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital products (ebooks)
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all ebook purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you will receive instant access to your digital product and that no refund will be issued.
Physical products (signed books & book boxes)
Autographed paperbacks and book boxes are personalized or made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at info@audreyraymondbooks.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect orders
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
