I'm Audrey. I'm a woman who lives with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, dyslexia, and depression. I'm also a woman who gets up every day and keeps going. Not because I've figured it all out. Because I refuse to stop.

I created this series because I care. My journey has been hard, and if sharing it honestly can help even one woman who feels the same way, then it's worth every vulnerable word on the page. I don't want anyone to feel as alone as I have. So I wrote what I wish someone had handed me on my worst days.

Each worksheet is a short letter from me to you, followed by honest questions you can answer at your own pace. No programs. No pressure. Just a conversation between you and yourself, with a little faith woven in. Every worksheet in this series is free. Always. This isn't a sales pitch. This is me sharing my journey because I believe it can help.
