Happy Valentine’s Day!
Today in Mini Jane’s world, she is preparing her house for company. She has plans for a happy little meal, and her family should be arriving any hour now.
On the other hand, I was lucky enough to hire someone to clean our house yesterday. I am very grateful for that gift. The house is now clean and ready for the weekend.
And it is quite the weekend.
Where I live, it isn’t just Valentine’s Day — Mardi Gras is Tuesday. I’m also fortunate to be off from my non-writing job so I can enjoy the celebrations.
